“Lead with Insight, Impact to Light”

The Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Selection is a flagship project founded by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, China (JCI Hong Kong, China), (www.jcihk.org), an international youth leadership organization in 1970. As of today, a total of 423 outstanding young persons have been selected.

As a well-known campaign, the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection” (十大傑出青年選舉) has always been committed to recognizing young people who excel in their professional endeavors and commitments to the community.

This year marks the 54th edition of the TOYP Selection, and our 2026 theme shines as “Lead with Insight, Impact to Light” (睿見築光，匯傑領航). Rooted in the belief that to believe is to see, this theme celebrates leaders who harness vision to navigate change, illuminate lives, and kindle hope.  The TOYP platform is more than recognition — it is a gathering of brilliance across sectors, empowering awardees to lead with integrity and embody the resilient, selfless spirit of the Outstanding Young Persons.
