This year’s theme, "Keep Striving," (傑出·從未停步) aims to spread the message that Hong Kong people’s pursuance of excellence for a better future transcends the passage of time, and that the spirit of the Outstanding Young Person lives on from generation to generation through inspiring stories and impactful encounters.
